Extensive functional tests are critical to assure top quality products. Microplan’s EOL test benches will:

Software

The software is made up of two main functions:

Interactive use for R&D tests
Pre-configured tests, made according to your specifications and described in the following.

Interactive-R&D mode
The first tool of the Interactive-R&D Mode is the Synoptic panel, where the circuits of the bench are shown in an active form. In the Interactive-R&D mode the Synoptic panel is active, which means that the operator can switch ON or OFF pumps, valves, contacts, selectors, simply clicking on their symbol. He also can gradually open or close proportional valves, or increase/decrease the frequency of inverters, simply moving sliding cursors.
Finally, he can activate, for every proportional output channel, a PID closed loop control, setting a
target of pressure, flow rate etc., and some suitable parameters. The PID control works in
background, while the operator can do other actions.
