Differently from traditional infra-red analysers, Fast CO2 by Microplan is a real-time system which ensures the gas-valve setting to be executed in a few seconds while achieving the same level of measurement accuracy.

Microplan offers two unique solutions for reducing the time required to adjust combustion on the production line or in the laboratory.

For wet analysis of the products of combustion which includes water vapor in the calculation of combustion, the CO2WF analyzer is a cost-effective alternative to handheld or infrared analyzers in which moisture from the combustion sample is not completely removed by cooling or other means.
For dry analysis, the FFA is much less costly than infrared with a sample cooler and desiccant chamber.

Both of these solutions provide combustion results 15 to 60 times faster than conventional analysis systems. They use standard automotive oxygen sensors which are readily available and easily replaced.
