Testing appliances in simulated conditions with real hardware

A perfet integration of measuring systems with simulation software which let the user test a real appliance, in real conditions, inside simulated environmental conditions.

The HIL (Hardware in the loop) test bench is intended to test heating appliances, of different types, in simulated conditions. The test bench is controlled by a software which makes it work as a slave of a simulation program. The software of the test bench can control quantities, as flow rates and temperatures, according to the targets and the parameters supplied by the simulation program in real time. At the same time, it feedbacks to the simulation program the value of the quantities that it measures on the circuits of the test bench, to which the appliances under test are connected.
