A compact integrated system composed by:

• a pump to generate the water flow rate in the closed-loop circuits;

• a reference magnetic water flow meter to display the water flow rate value;

• a manual gate valve to manually adjust the water flow rate.

Electric supply installation and requirements

calWFR requires a 230Vac 50Hz electric supply, with a maximum current absorption of 13A. It is supplied with a “CEI 2P+T – 16A” industrial plug.

calWFR250 requires a 3~400Vac 50Hz electric supply, with a maximum current absorption of 12A. It is supplied with a “CEI 3P+N+T – 16A” industrial plug.

Description of the systems

calWFR water flowrate calibrator has been designed to check and calibrate the water flow meters, under these conditions:

Fluid: Water (minimum conductivity 5 µS/cm)
Water flow rate range: 0 l/min to 55 l/min.
Fluid temperature range: 10-70°C

calWFR250 water flowrate calibrator has been designed to check and calibrate the water flow meters, under these conditions:

Fluid: Water (minimum conductivity 5 μS/cm)
Water flow rate range: 0 l/min to 250 l/min.
Fluid temperature range: 10-70°C

Measurement accuracy

The accuracy of the calWFR is:

0.25% of measured value, in the range 5.3-55 l/min
(0.125/v), in the range 0-5.3l/min

Note: v is the velocity in m/s.

The accuracy of the calWFR250 is:

0.25% of measured value, in the range 15-250 l/min
(0.125/v), in the range 0-15 l/min
