Features

Synoptic Display Screen:

The user can operate the individual gas valves and set the desired mixture percentage using the computer mouse and keyboard along with a schematic display of the gas circuits. This can be done either manually or automatically.

Automatic Mode: The user sets the desired percentage and the closed-loop PID software regulates the gas streams to maintain a fixed percentage. The mixture remains constant regardless of the output flow managed by the appliance or other external device.

Manual Mode: Using the computer mouse and keyboard to move a cursor directly on the screen, the operator can directly set the mixture percentage. This open-loop control is manually adjusted to maintain the output mixture.

Graphical Chart Panel:

A real-time trend of the gas flows appears as colored traces on an x/y graph. The scale of both the flow rate axis and the time scale are easily changed to provide maximum versatility.

Recorded values from the Chart panel can be captured on an Excel spreadsheet. The saved data are useful for documentation purposes and for post-processing operations.
